23rd annual Ocean to Bay Bike Tour will take place in April
For the past 23 years, the Ocean to Bay Bike Tour has given bicycle touring enthusiasts the opportunity to make their way along the Delaware coast. This year, the tour will take place on April 21, where riders will have the opportunity to choose a five-, 30- or 50-mile route. There will be plenty of rest stops along the way, so cyclists should have no problem finding a space to pull over and have a drink of water before continuing.
The tour will begin fairly early in the morning, and an after-party will be held for a few hours. It will include live music, free refreshments and games. Organizers expect more than 1,000 cyclists to participate in the tour, so it should be a pretty big party!
The Ocean Ocean to Bay Bike Tour is just one of a number of similar events that take place throughout the United States each year - it's definitely a good time to be a cyclist. Whether you're looking to get some training in before a big event or simply want to spend more time on your bike, there's likely a tour taking place nearby that can accommodate your needs.
