Do you charge sales tax?
We do not collect taxes for orders shipped outside of Pennsylvania.
Sales within Pennsylvania are subject to a state and local sales tax of 6%.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we do. Please note that the days-to-delivery quotes in the shopping cart are estimates to get the package to the lower 48 zip codes. Delivery time to your remote location can be longer, depending on the speed of the military mail. Packages are insured against loss, but delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders come with a tracking number. The tracking information will be emailed to you shortly after the package has shipped.

What happens to my package if I provided the wrong delivery address?
In order to ship orders within 1 business day, we need to process orders as soon as they are placed. For that reason, we are not able to change order details once the order is placed. We have a couple of warnings at check-out to remind customers to double check the order info, including shipping address and products ordered. We also remind customers that once the order is placed it cannot be modified or cancelled. Once shipped, orders cannot be re-routed. If a package is undeliverable, the carrier returns it to us. We can ship the order back to the customer, but the customer is responsible for the shipping fees if an incorrect address was provided.

Can I change the delivery address after the package has shipped?

Can I modify my order by adding, subtracting, or switching product(s)?
No, unfortunately, in order to process orders quickly we cannot modify orders in any way once the order is placed.

Why does CycloCamping no longer ship orders outside the USA?
Starting October 23, 2014, CycloCamping no longer accepts orders shipping outside the USA. Our current order fulfillment process does not allow us to ship outside the USA. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The product I purchased from you has failed or broken.  However, it has been more than 30 days since I received the product.
Except for Ortlieb, Tubus, and Racktime products, warranties are generally handled by the manufacturers. The phone numbers for most of the manufacturers for the products we carry can be found on their respective websites.  If you are experiencing issues with your Tubus, Ortlieb, or Racktime product, please contact us. The most efficient way to handle a warranty request is to email us at info@cyclocamping.com with a brief explanation of the issue and pictures demonstrating the problem.
