The award-winning Laser has been a popular favorite amongst backpackers and solo travellers as either a superlite 2 person or roomy single person tent since it first appeared in 2004 and revolutionised lightweight camping.

Now in 2009, the first major update to this modern-day classic sees the addition of some of the comfort features deemed "too heavy" for inclusion in the original. These include a second, smaller door at the back of the tent and two-way zips for the flysheet to allow roof ventilation, along with our new improved guylines and 2g Ti pegs. Despite this the Laser is still a Superlite 1.12kg minimum weight (1.24kg packed) and still has all of the internal and porch space, and the unique ventilation system, of the original.

For the lightweight backpacker who wants to travel in comfort, there can be few alternatives to the Laser
