Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (99% of orders placed before 4 PM EST ships same day). Orders are shipped via UPS with tracking number and occasionally via USPS (note that USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class does not offer tracking information, so only a delivery confirmation number will be emailed to you). We offer standard (Ground) and expedited shipping (Next Day, Second Day, Third Day) -- simply choose the desired shipping method during checkout. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Saint Louis, MO.
Discounted Rate
Discounted rates are special discounts given by either UPS or USPS that we can pass onto our customers. Typically, packages under 1 lb. will ship via USPS and packages over 1 lb. will ship via UPS. In some cases, UPS may tender the package to the local post office so USPS will handle the final delivery.

No Backorder Policy
Our strict policy is to NOT backorder (unless requested by customer). Everything listed on the website, unless listed "out of stock", should be in stock and ready to be shipped right away. We work hard on making sure our inventory is accurate, unfortunately miscounts occasionally happen. If any rare incident happens and we are not able to ship your order right away you will be contacted by our customer service within 24 hours.
PO BOX
We do ship to PO boxes. PLEASE select USPS when
shipping to a PO box. DO NOT select "discounted
rate" or any UPS services as it may delay the
delivery of your order.
International Shipping
We ship to almost every country worldwide. During
checkout, you will be provided with a shipping price
for your order.
APO/FPO Addresses
We are proud to service our men and women in uniform
by shipping to APO and FPO addresses. Simply add the
item(s) you would like to your shopping cart, then
click the "Checkout" button.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to manufacturer restrictions, as well as
international and domestic laws, we are not able to
ship our products to all geographical locations and
address types. General guidelines are listed below:
• We can ship to P.O. Boxes, but you MUST select
USPS during checkout as a method of delivery. If UPS
is selected, fees may apply.
• Some oversized freight items do not ship to
Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.
• We ship to most international destinations,
however, some restrictions apply.
Delivery Times
On average, our US customers receive their package
in 3 to 5 business days after placing their orders
when using "discounted rate". Customers located
overseas can expect their order in 4 to 12 business
days depending on their location. The carriers'
estimated shipping times are displayed during
checkout. Estimated shipping times are provided by
the carrier (UPS or USPS) and CycloCamping.com DO
NOT guarantee their accuracy. Also, estimated
shipping times DO NOT include our handling time
(usually 1 business day).
Package Rerouting
If UPS was selected during checkout, customers may request to have the package rerouted (ie. wrong address provided). If discounted Rate was selected and the package weight more than 5LB, customers may request to have the package rerouted. Customer will be responsible for the UPS charges and handling fees. If USPS was selected, rerouting is NOT an option. If Discounted Rate was selected and the package weight less than 5Lb, rerouting is NOT an option. Rerouting must be requested as soon as possible. No matter what, CycloCamping.com CAN NOT guarantee that the package can be rerouted.
